We are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Associate to join our team in Medway and support students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).

Job Description

The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers and professionals to design and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and work closely with the SEN team to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and professionals.
  • Understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and safeguarding policies.
