About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Operational Analytics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise and insight into all data relating to property, including responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the Operational Analytics department, advising on the optimal way forward in line with Hyde's strategic and operational business plans.
  • Identify key trends and shifts in customer preferences, attitudes, and perceptions.
  • Liaise with budget holders to compile budget, forecasts, and monitor spend.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar performance data analyst role.
  • Good level of knowledge in the skills and software relevant for analytics delivery such as Business Objects Web Intelligence, PowerBI, ArcGIS, and analytics tools/service on AWS.
  • Previous experience or understanding of housing is advantageous but not essential.
