Business Analyst - IFS Upgrade

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Deltra Group. The successful candidate will be part of a complex delivery programme, working with a utilities company in Hampshire to upgrade their legacy system to the new IFS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and aspirations.
  • Define the future business processes and ERP & Asset Management system requirements needed by our stakeholders for success.
  • Perform data collection, modelling and analysis to support the development of the ERP upgrade business case and beyond.
  • Articulate process, system and data requirements via Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting elements of testing to ensure the expected quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, contributing to project governance including planning, status reporting and risk & issue management.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to shape our ERP roadmap.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to support driving projects to success.
  • Support business change activities by providing content and review where appropriate.
  • Help shape and define the Business Analysis team practices and processes to continually improve our ways.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in Havant a minimum of 2 days a week. The salary is competitive, ranging from 60-63k depending on experience.
