About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced People Administration Manager to join our team at Royal British Legion Trading Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of People Coordinators, ensuring regulation, compliance, and internal procedures are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure accuracy of all new and existing employee records, ensuring compliance with agreed formats.
  • Manage and own seamless on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Regularly review, monitor, and develop administration procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex administration or on-boarding queries, taking personal responsibility to ensure resolution.
  • Provide insights to key stakeholders on trends of work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Develop quality control measures to ensure the integrity of data and maintain high standards of administration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising and managing teams, with a track record of coaching and developing others.
  • Strong current employment law knowledge and HR best practice.
  • Ability to offer pragmatic solutions and lead by example.
