Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Python Specialist to join our client's innovative team. This role involves managing extensive datasets, designing and implementing data stores and APIs, and supporting quantitative researchers and traders.

  • Manage and monitor extensive datasets used in the research and trading platform.
  • Design and implement data stores and APIs.
  • Monitor data fetching processes and ensure data health.
  • Integrate alternative datasets into the platform.
  • Provide support to quantitative researchers and traders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-6 years of experience in a related field either in FAANG or Financial Services companies.
  • Professional proficiency in Python; knowledge of C# is a plus.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data management.
  • Knowledge of financial data, particularly equity and derivatives is a plus.
