We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Planner to join our team at Blayze Group. As a Senior Cost Planner, you will play a key role in supporting our pre-development and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee projects from Stage 0-5, ensuring strong and robust cost control and cost planning.
- Develop accurate project budgets and execute strong cost plans for construction delivery teams.
- Collaborate with acquisition, development management, and construction teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide expert cost planning and control services to support our residential development projects.
- PQS trained Quantity Surveyor or equivalent level of Senior Cost Planner experience.
