Job Description:

As a Travel Industry Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service to Travel Agents. Your duties will include supporting Travel Agents with post-booking queries and tasks, managing changes to existing bookings, and assisting with booking cancellations.

The salary package for this role is highly competitive, offering an estimated £35,000 per year, including 25 days holiday, health care, pension, bonus, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional customer service to Travel Agents
* Support Travel Agents to secure new bookings
* Manage changes to existing bookings
* Assist with booking cancellations
* Resolve in-house system queries
* Contribute to process improvement discussions
* Support Travel Agents to adopt new tools and ways of working

Requirements:
* Experience in the Travel Industry in an aftersales, support, or operational role
* Energetic, motivating, and positive individual
* Proficient in MS Office products including Excel and Outlook
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
