Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users, particularly those with complex care needs.

About the Role:

This is a part-time night shift position, working 10pm - 7:30am or 10pm - 8am, with 2-3 shifts per week. You will be working with a teenage boy who lives with his family in Loughborough, providing care on a 1:1 basis at his family home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comfort and reassurance to our service user when needed
  • Promote a restful environment and provide close supervision and observations due to his respiratory needs
  • Carry out careful repositioning when needed, tend to his clinical interventions, and ensure that his needs are met in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
