We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to a young service user in their family home in Loughborough.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with the service user, providing comfort, reassurance, and close supervision and observations due to their respiratory needs. The role will involve carrying out careful repositioning, tending to clinical interventions, and ensuring the service user's needs are met in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to the service user, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Offer comfort and reassurance when needed, promoting a restful environment
  • Carry out close supervision and observations due to the service user's respiratory needs
  • Tend to clinical interventions and ensure the service user's needs are met in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the service user's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

  • Moving and Handling
