The Job

This Door-to-Door Campaigner position involves representing a charitable organization, engaging with the public, and securing recurring donations or lottery sign-ups in designated areas by postcode. Your work will take place on foot, covering approximately 1 mile per hour, and you'll be provided with branded uniform and an electric tablet for signing up donors.

The Process

Our hiring process is designed to find the best fit for our team:

  • Candidate review – we evaluate applications as soon as possible
  • Initial consultation – a member of our team discusses your experience and qualifications with you
  • Video interview – a 1-hour virtual conversation with one of our recruiters
  • Fundraising experience – a 1-hour field session accompanying an experienced fundraiser

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be able to work core hours (11am-7pm), especially during twilight hours (5-7pm). You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with the public, and work independently to meet targets. Additionally, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Compensation and Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary of £23,800 - £25,000, plus an uncapped discretionary bonus (£45,000+ OTE). Other benefits include:
