Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our European team, reporting directly to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences sector and be fluent in English and French, with native English speakers being a plus for this position.

Key Responsibilities:Market Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
Sales Performance:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert insights and advice.
Contribution to Business Growth:
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and partnerships.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
