**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced carer to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at a luxury care home near Oban. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Participate in advanced care practices, including medication management and care planning.
  • Lead and coordinate junior team members to ensure effective care delivery.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • (Essential) At least 2 years' experience working in an elderly care setting.
  • (Essential) SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7) in Social Services and Healthcare, or currently working towards.
  • (Essential) Evidence of completion of Practical Medication Administration training.
