We're looking for someone to deliver a 1st-class level of customer service to our clients, professionally and efficiently at all times and in accordance with documented procedures.
Liaising with other key parties, including third-party suppliers and other Maersk offices around the world, is also a key responsibility.
Continuously innovating and looking for new ways to improve the service we provide to our customers and increase business efficiency is essential.
We're seeking a passionate individual who is committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Previous experience in logistics is a plus, but not essential. What's more important is your ability to use rigorous logic and analytical skills to solve complex problems with effective solutions.
Expertise with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also required.
