About the Role

  • Manage and enhance decision engines for the business, ensuring accurate and efficient risk assessments.
  • Test and validate changes within systems to improve strategies for pricing and credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and portfolio analysis for the lending book, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to enhance decisioning data and processes, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex decision engines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement testing protocols to validate changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in decision engines, with a strong understanding of SQL and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
