Job title: Senior Business Analyst
We're working with a fast paced Managed Service Provider in the tech industry. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Business Analyst to lead an existing team of two Business Analysts. The Senior Business Analyst will help lead transformation internally within the business and input into the Software Development Lifecycle, supporting requirement gathering and data analysis processes as well as quality assurance.

The role requires management experience with 2x BA's as your direct report.

Hybrid: 3x days per week in West Midlands office.

Accountable For:
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
Analysis and Communication
Reporting and Prioritisation
Documentation and Identification

Skills Required

Experience:
Experience managing direct reports.
