Job Description
  • Define and agree project information locations and processes at project start-up.
  • Manage document numbering and naming systems, conduct data checks on incoming documents, and initiate workflows as needed.
  • Monitor the ASITE file structure and project shared drive, tracking document submission performance.
  • Provide feedback on system performance, group standard templates, and procedures to Regional Digital Delivery Managers and the central Digital Information team.
  • Assist with mobilisation deployment and set-up of ASITE at Project Level.
  • Guide the project team on ASITE usage and other project information management systems.
