We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Secondary School in Earl's Court, Hammersmith & Fulham. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing in-class support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL), as well as those who require additional support in specific subject areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN or EAL
- Assist students with learning difficulties in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective student support
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- First-Class or 2:1 degree from a Top UK University
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £21,000 (paid on a weekly PAYE basis, inclusive of holiday pay)
- Term-time only contract with 6-week summer break
