Location** Healthy Living Centre, Darwin Court SE17 1AD**

Weekly hours** dependant upon business need, within our Healthy Living Centre's opening times Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 20:30**

We have some flexible opportunities for **Receptionists** to support our delivery of operations at our healthy living centre, Darwin Court (SE17).

Our **healthy living centre** in Southwark, has a swimming pool, gym, café, and food hub Our centre is open to the public and a housing scheme for the over-50s.

It provides focus for community groups, as well as a space for residents, user-led activities and social events. This means that the local community can join residents in enjoying a range of health, fitness, and relaxation activities.

As our new **Receptionist,** you will contribute to the smooth running of our centre and make a difference to the community we support

**What we’re looking for**:

- Are you courteous and respectful and can deliver an excellent service to our customers?
- Do you have a flexible and conscientious approach to work and can work various shift patterns which include evening and weekend working?
- Do you have an administrative background, can prioritise and work on your own initiative?
- Are you familiar with fast-paced environments?
- Could you promote our activity programmes and provide support organising community events?
- Do you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages?

**A bit about the role**:
As the **Receptionist,** you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception area. proactively dealing with customer queries in person or on the phone.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Deliver an efficient, professional and calm reception service.
- Ensure customer queries, complaints or requests are responded to and followed up.
- To upsell centre products and services.
- To handle and record cash.
- This role will require a Basic Enhanced DBS check._
