Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Executive to join a leading street fashion retailer. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns that drive growth and consumer engagement.
The marketing team at this retailer is focused on creating campaigns that put the consumer at the centre of everything they do. As a Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing brand marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and maximize consumer impact.
You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver campaigns that drive growth through a close strategic partnership with an external brand and key internal stakeholders. The brand you will partner with is a leading sport brand in the market, with a strong presence in Europe and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns across all channels
- Manage the brand activity calendar and schedule
- Creation of key marketing initiatives for the assigned brand and negotiation of key priorities
- Manage key internal stakeholders to optimize budget and deliver engaging campaigns
- Support the Marketing Manager on Partner Brand Relationship Development from a marketing perspective
About You:
- Relevant experience in a marketing role, working with consumer brands on a global/regional/international level
- Knowledge of brands, how they are managed, and the methods and tools used to define and communicate brand identity
- Proven skills delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives, developing and managing brand marketing/communication campaigns with execution experience across the full marketing mix
- Passionate about sports, youth culture, and brands, with a willingness to push boundaries and drive visionary projects forward
