As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and maximize consumer impact.

About the Role:

  • Support the development and success of assigned brand campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Co-create and manage assigned brand activity calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and negotiate key marketing initiatives for assigned brands, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage key internal stakeholders, including buying, merchandising, retail, and multichannel teams, to optimize budget and deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining partner brand relationships from a marketing perspective.

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a marketing role, working with and developing consumer brands on a global, regional, or international level.
  • Knowledge of brands, including their management, methods, and tools used to define and communicate brand identity.
  • Proven skills in delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives, developing and managing brand marketing and communication campaigns with execution experience across the full marketing mix.
  • Passion for sports, youth culture, and brands, with a willingness to push boundaries and drive visionary projects forward.
