The Role

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to provide the highest quality care and learning environment for our children. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting the children at our school and is expected to inspire, excite, and nurture every child in their care. This particular post will also involve providing additional 1:1 support to a child with specific needs. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide individual support to children with specific needs, including those with SEND
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
