Litigation Support Professional

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Support Professional to join our team at Ryder Reid.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be able to manage calendars effectively, accurately billing and track client transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate travel itineraries and bookings for clients and staff.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Schedule client meetings and appointments.
- Assist partners, associates, and fee earners in the Litigation and White-Collar Crime areas of law.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
