Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take charge of all commercial operations within the business. This role involves driving business expansion, ensuring compliance, and cultivating strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial policies that align with business goals. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and frameworks to expand market presence.">
  • Owning the Business Unit's sales price book, ensuring pricing strategies reflect market and operational changes.">
  • Oversee tender submission management, ensuring competitive positioning and successful outcomes. Secure positions on sector frameworks to drive consistent revenue opportunities.">
  • Negotiate and review contracts to protect and enhance the company's position. Administer subcontractor processes and resolve commercial disputes efficiently.">
  • Manage the partner and installer programme, including accreditation and compliance. Report on contract performance and recommend improvements for cost-effective delivery.">

Requirements

Compensation

">

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance and retirement plan.
