We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist for Primary Education to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a specialist school near Southam, we offer a unique education framework that enables pupils with ASC, ADHD, and SEMH to develop essential life skills.

This permanent, full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, comprehensive induction and training programme, and bonuses for positive OFSTED inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver therapies for children and young people with mixed SEN, within a school setting.
  • To provide tailored support to meet individual pupils' needs, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for pupils.

Person Specification:

  • Essential: HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Essential: At least 2 years' professional experience within a school setting.
  • Essential: Professional experience in delivering therapies for children and young people with mixed SEN.
