We are looking for an experienced Autism and Language Specialist to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a specialist school near Southam, we provide a unique education framework that combines therapeutic support to help pupils with ASC, ADHD, and SEMH develop essential life skills.

Our focus is on enabling pupils to thrive in a supportive environment, where they can build confidence, develop their creativity, and acquire the skills needed to succeed in various aspects of life.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including generous annual leave entitlement, comprehensive induction and training programme, and bonuses for positive OFSTED inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver personalised therapy plans for pupils with complex needs.
  • To work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for pupils.
  • To contribute to the development of our unique education framework, ensuring it remains effective and relevant to the needs of our pupils.

Person Specification:

  • Essential: HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Essential: At least 3 years' professional experience in delivering therapies for children and young people with mixed SEN.
  • Desirable: Experience in working with pupils with autism spectrum disorder.
