We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to work across the area in Basildon, delivering high-quality floor installations in social housing properties.

About the Role

As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including Laminate, Poly Safe, Altro, and Cap and Cove, as well as minor plumbing tasks such as tiling and utility refitting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install wet room floors to the highest standards
  • Fit various types of flooring, including Laminate and Poly Safe
  • Carry out minor plumbing tasks, such as tiling and utility refitting
  • Work efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in wet room floor installations
  • Hold a relevant NVQ in floor laying
  • Proficient in full cap and cove flooring in wet rooms
  • Ability to use PDA and good communication and organisation skills
