About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to work across the Basildon area, delivering high-quality services and carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in wet room floors, hold a relevant NVQ, and be proficient in full cap and cove flooring in wet rooms, as well as carrying out professional welding repairs.

Additional requirements include the ability to latex/build sub-floors, minor plumbing abilities, and proficiency in using PDA and good communication and organisation skills.

A valid full UK driving licence is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties
  • Fitting all types of flooring, including Laminate, Poly Safe, Altro, and Cap and Cove
  • Minor plumbing abilities, such as removing and refitting utilities
  • Proficient in using PDA and good communication and organisation skills
