Job Title: Product Category Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Product Category Assistant to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience working within the import and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of a product category from start to finish
  • Work closely with suppliers and factories overseas to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of product information to customers and internal teams
  • Competently manage all current category SKU cost changes and undertake stock cost reviews twice a year
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a product category within the import supply chain industry
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with SAP/ERP or other systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands
