Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools, providing cover for teachers and supporting students in a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cover for teachers in a variety of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and humanities
  • Support students in the classroom, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure student engagement
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals
Requirements:
  • Experience teaching or supervising students in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work throughout the school day, including mornings and afternoons
