Job Title: Catering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Catering Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of menus and services that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
