The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Officer to join our Event Security teams. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in maintaining a secure environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible security presence that assures guests of their safety and security
  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Conduct regular patrols and security checks to maintain a secure environment
  • Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies
  • Collaborate with hotel staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless security operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures to ensure guest safety

About You:

  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Exceptionally well-presented with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in security roles, preferably within events or luxury hotel settings
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service

Compensation:

Our competitive salary package includes an estimated £35,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.
