Job Summary

We're seeking a talented graduate with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our international research team. As a Research Professional, you'll analyze the impact of technology and sustainability trends on buildings, real estate portfolios, and workplaces.

You'll establish relationships across the industry, work on all aspects of market research, and contribute to consulting projects. Our clients include executives in multi-billion revenue corporates, professional services firms, technology firms, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop insightful reports for businesses using research and analysis.
  • Write high-quality research in English while meeting deadlines.
  • Source and conduct interviews with executives and industry experts.
  • Build quantitative models to size and forecast building technology/PropTech markets.
  • Contribute to client advisory workshops and other presentations.
  • Apply and create business research methodologies.
  • Attend industry events to raise the profile of Verdantix in the market.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and work with sales colleagues.
Requirements
  • Educated to undergraduate level with a preference for top-tier universities.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least 18 months experience in professional services/consulting firm/analyst firm.
  • Experience presenting internally and to clients is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills internally, for face-to-face and telephone interviews.
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills.
  • Verifiable track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Interested in the impact of technology trends such as Energy management and decarbonisation, IoT, cloud platforms, and mobile technologies on businesses would be beneficial.
