Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning Manager to join our Service Industries department on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of learning programs, managing trainers, and ensuring excellent student outcomes.

Key Tasks
  • Develop and implement learning programs for Service Industries students
  • Manage a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in learning management and program development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £44,219 - £47,949 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
