About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Assurance Manager to join our team at Carbon60. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies to maintain and improve compliance levels.
  • Audit compliance records and activity to determine the status of compliance during the contract period.
  • Develop a gap analysis and action plan to address any identified gaps.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities to streamline compliance activities.
  • Drive a strong safety culture across the account in accordance with values and the Be There for Life framework.

Requirements:

  • A strong technical background in compliance within the Facilities Management/Building Services Industry.
  • Experience in compliance auditing, contract mobilisation, and demobilisation is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of compliance systems, auditing, and statutory legislation are required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage internal customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
  • Experience in delivering and developing sustainable compliance objectives.
  • Commercial awareness with strong presentation, influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Valid full driving licence.

Salary and Benefits Package:

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, and we offer an excellent benefits package including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a flexible benefits scheme. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
