Job Description:

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. This role will involve leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective compliance programs across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to non-compliance.
  • Analyze and report on compliance metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles in maintaining a compliant work environment.
  • Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to address any concerns or issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in compliance leadership or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Salary Details:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £43,000 per annum, inclusive of a car allowance.
