Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Fleet and Procurement team to develop and implement effective fleet management strategies.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the best value for the RSPCA.

Working Hours and Location:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid role: 3 days per week in our office, with 2 days working remotely. We are open to accommodating a flexible schedule that suits you and our operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
