Internal Client Money Reconciliations Specialist

About the Role
FNZ Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CASS Reconciliations Analyst to join our Internal Client Money Reconciliations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reconciling financial transactions made by our clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily financial transactions to agreed deadlines
- Challenge internal and external processes to ensure compliance and best practice
- Review and improve internal processes and procedures, providing feedback to other operational teams
- Stay up-to-date with new developments and regulations in the market
- Deliver resolution for complex issues
- Provide technical support to the business
- Support the implementation of approved changes
- Contribute to the review of work and production of management information
- Assess the impact of projects on the team
- Review procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify and drive forward ideas to improve the operating process
Requirements
- Understanding of CASS rules and their application in the operational environment
- Ability to analyze, present, and report complex regulatory information to senior stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and report production
- Highly organized, confident, decisive, and enthusiastic self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to escalate issues when appropriate
