Murphy is seeking an experienced Planning & Project Controls Manager to join our Infrastructure planning team in London. As a key member of our team, you will lead the planning team on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for the roll out and adoption of planning & project controls procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning team and manage a team of planners
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with clients and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure that integrated, whole life programmes are prepared from first principles in accordance with the Planning and Work Winning procedures
  • Support the proactive identification, management, and mitigation of project risks

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Planning & Project Controls Manager
  • Experience managing a team of planners
  • Contract and tender planning for a Tier 1 contractor
  • Fully conversant and efficient in the use of P6 planning software
