Position Overview

We are seeking full-time or part-time Lead Therapy Facilitators to join our Community Therapy Team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Senior Therapy Facilitators, Rehabilitation Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage with patients in their homes, providing therapeutic interventions under the guidance of senior personnel. The interventions will encompass both Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. This is a unique chance to be part of a service where your contributions can significantly impact the lives of others.

Service Operations

Our service operates seven days a week, with current scheduling for Band 3 positions not requiring weekend work, although this is subject to ongoing review.

We have multiple neighborhood bases covering various regions, and you will be assigned to one of these locations with your team.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Essential

  • GCSE English & Mathematics or equivalent
  • NVQ or equivalent level of expertise

Desirable

  • ECDL certification

Experience

Essential

  • Prior experience with the relevant client group
  • Experience in a therapeutic setting
  • Background in an NHS trust, healthcare, or educational environment
