Job Description:
As an Academic Cover Manager at Protocol Education Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and teachers in schools across Morpeth. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality cover supervision, ensuring that students receive the best possible educational experience.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver effective cover supervision, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment
- Establish strong relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Continuously evaluate and improve your practice, staying up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £17,000 - £23,000 per annum (pro-rata), based on a 30-hour week, depending on experience
