Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Nursery to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tornagrain Nursery. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who shares our passion for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years old. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in early years education and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high-quality ELC environment for every child.
* Manage the team on a day-to-day basis, with all that is involved in the management of individuals and a team.
* Implement and monitor self-assessment and review processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Finance Manager to produce and use monthly reporting covering the nursery's operational and financial performance.

About You
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in leading and managing teams, planning engaging learning experiences, and working with children and their parents. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively within a team, and commitment to ongoing professional development make you an ideal candidate for this role. You must be qualified to at least SVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare or hold a teaching or education qualification and have evidence of ongoing CPD and training.
