**Overview**:
As a Key member of our front of house team, you should share a passion for service excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything you do.You will be part of a small team who have all been employed at Cabot Highlands for a number of years due to the strong team ethic, supportive and positive atmosphere. The day to day menu is golfers fare, with as much locally sourced ingredients as possible, served in a timely fashion.

You are professional, personable, and proud to represent the Cabot brand, and proactively act as an ambassador and role model of exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
- Assist with food / drinks preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable but training given
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is acknowledged but not necessary
- Ability and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, good interpersonal skills and a warm smile
- Bartending experience is a plus but training is given
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
