Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. This role will provide clerical and administrative support to our School, ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective support service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the School, including typing, cash handling, filing, reprographic work, and reception/telephone duties.
  • Assist with the coordination of administrative tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
