Become a Business Development Manager and Unlock New Opportunities

Smartsearch Recruitment Ltd is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands and South regions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing qualified leads, closing deals, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial style, and the ability to consistently exceed targets. Experience in Business Development Manager or Area Sales Manager roles is essential, along with tech savviness and Hubspot proficiency.

About the Job
  1. Effectively manage qualified leads from internal sales & marketing teams and close business.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  3. Demonstrate strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial style.
  4. Possess experience in Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar roles.
  5. Be tech savvy with Hubspot experience preferred.
Compensation Package

A base salary of around £40,000, with potential to earn up to £80,000 OTE, plus car allowance and comprehensive training.
