Take the lead in driving fundraising excellence as a Philanthropy Operations Expert.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide strategic expertise within our Regional Fundraising team, focusing on operational efficiency and supporter engagement.

This full-time, permanent role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home.

Position: CE334 Philanthropy Operations Officer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. The role requires extensive travel for team meetings and other work-related engagements.

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working arrangements available).

Salary: Circa £31,300 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied based on your location).

Contract: Permanent

The Role

This exciting new position is part of a newly formed team, designed to establish personalized connections with our Regional Fundraising supporters. Our team purpose is to listen, understand, and inspire supporters and teams to fundraise effectively, providing them with the support they need to achieve greater giving that is both legal and inspiring.

The team's primary goal is to deliver data-driven stewardship touchpoints for supporters across a portfolio generating £4.7m in annual income.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing data management, reporting, analysis, and insight to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and ethics.
  • Developing resources and tools, including new technologies, to enhance team productivity.
  • Establishing efficient, data-led, and customer-centric processes within the team.

About You

You will possess a deep understanding of fundraising principles and considerable experience in using data and project planning skills. Your ability to simplify complex tasks and deliver excellent experiences for colleagues and supporters will be crucial to your success in this role.
