Employment Lawyer Opportunity in Public Sector

Job Summary:

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team on a locum basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of non-contentious and contentious employment matters, including TUPE, pensions, employment contracts, termination issues, and Employment Tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on employment matters, including TUPE, pensions, employment contracts, termination issues, and Employment Tribunals.
  • Negotiate, draft, and interpret employment agreements and documents.
  • Work with external solicitors in relation to Employment Tribunals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law, confident in dealing with a mixed caseload with minimum supervision. The successful candidate may be required to attend Courts or Tribunals.
