We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Perioperative Lead to join our team at MediTalent Ltd. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication.

About the Role:

As a Senior Scrub / Practitioner / SFA Position in Central London, you will be responsible for ensuring patient safety and well-being throughout surgical procedures. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care and maintain the highest standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with NMC and HCPC regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

- Valid NMC or HCPC registration
- Recent experience in a senior role, indicating expertise in perioperative care
