Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of existing regular-usage clients and previous usage clients to ensure they receive a first-class service and have a key point of contact when needed.
  • Maintain and grow active accounts while promoting and growing less active accounts.
  • Contact newer clients to develop fresh client relationships.
  • Manage a database of business clients across the UK.
  • Be available to support clients with any queries, issues, or concerns.
  • Be an effective problem solver, coming up with suggestions and solutions to ensure clients receive a bespoke tailored service and products.
  • Proactively target new customers and outlets to ensure targets are hit and the database is building.
  • Attend business meetings with clients to ensure we are assisting with any relevant projects, products, and/or services that fit their requirements.
  • Achieve set KPIs determined by the Sales/Business Development Management Team.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints within the business.
  • Ensure all records on our CRM systems are kept up to date with recent discussions/correspondence with our customers.
