Deputy Home Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes, providing leadership and guidance to our care teams, and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead and motivate care teams to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
