Assistant Principal Opportunity

Rushcliffe Spencer Academy, a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school in West Bridgford, Nottingham, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Principal to join its dedicated Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Principal in leading the school's academic and pastoral development, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Principal in developing and implementing the school's strategic plan
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to achieve outstanding academic results
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment policies
